Vedat Kunt, Co-founder and Managing Partner of VEGO Consulting Ltd. Over the course of his 30 years of professional experience at top executive positions in various industries, Vedat has developed broad experience in Strategic Management, Export Development, Sales & Marketing, Brand Management, Organisational Development, Innovative Product & Service Development areas and worked on several national and international projects focusing on Industrial Clusters, Entrepreneurship and Regional Development.

He has established and managed a donor funded consulting project; EU-Turkey Business Center (ABIGEM) as director, prior to the establishment of VEGO Consulting and he is currently involved in several donor funded projects in Turkey, Middle East and Europe.

A graduate from Middle East Technical University, Faculty of Engineering; Industrial Engineering, and MBA from 9 September University, Faculty of Social Sciences, International Management. Vedat is a part-time lecturer in Izmir University of Economics Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, teaching “Strategic Management” and “International Business”. He is fluent in English.

Gökçe Yalçın, Co-founder and Managing Partner of VEGO Consulting. He has worked on Strategic Management, Institutional Strategy and Business Model Design, Strategic Performance and Process Management, Business Excellence, Institutionalisation in Family Business and Competitiveness Development areas.
 
He has over 25 years of Professional experience in the institutional management of national & multinational corporations and SMEs, 15 years of which at top executive and CEO levels.
 
Gökçe holds a degree in BSc. Mechanical Engineering from Middle East Technical University; and MBA degree, in International Marketing. He acted as a lecturer in Izmir Economy University’s Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, teaching “Strategic Management”. He speaks Turkish, English and French.

Serap Gültekin Güler is a senior consultant and trainer with broad experience in SME management for more than 25 years and enjoys extensive knowledge on Turkish company laws. She has been providing consultancy and training services for more than 15 years across Turkey on HR, PCM, business planning, foreign trade, marketing and entrepreneurship.
 
Serap Gültekin Güler has been very active in several donor funded consulting projects. She has worked in EU-Turkey Business Centre (ABIGEM) as vice-general manager. Recently, she acted as the Cluster Info Spot Coordinator within the TA for Empowering SMEs on Networking and Inter-regional Cooperation Project.

 
Serap has a BSc Degree in Chemical Engineering and completed her postgraduate degree on Business Administration. She is fluent in Turkish and English.

Gözde Tombuloğlu Yıldız

Gözde has joined VEGO earlier in 2013 and has been acting as project development and management expert since. She has started her professional career in an international consultancy firm and participated in many locally and internationally funded projects. Currently in VEGO, she is also involved in consultancy and training services for SMEs and other governmental/non-governmental institutions. She works on Strategic Management, Strategic Performance and Process Management, HR & HR Performance Management, Innovation Management, Export Development and Regional Development areas.
 
Gözde has completed EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) and EMM Model Trainings and Workshops of KALDER in Izmir; and voluntarily acts as an assessor in the local awards. 
 
Gözde has a BSc in International Relations from Gazi University in Turkey and an MSc degree from Cardiff University Business School on ‘International Transport’ which she has participated to the programme as a Jean Monnet Scholar from Turkey. She speaks Turkish and English fluently.

Ferda Ayhan Yalçın

As a medical doctor, Ferda has joined to VEGO Consulting in 2012 to help the team engage in projects related to Health and Life Sciences .
 
Ferda has worked for government and big pharmaceutical companies over 20 years, as practitioner, in sales functions and as medical manager. With her growing experience and ongoing quest for the knowledge she decided to consult people and companies for their perfect health as a “Integrative Nutrition and Health Coach”. At the same time she is a medical advisor for pharmaceutical companies, especially in the field of clinical nutrition.
 
She has graduated as a medical doctor from University of Istanbul, Faculty of Medicine. She has attended the MBA program in 9 September University School of Business Administration. She as the certificate of Integrative Nutrition and Health Coach from the biggest Nutrition School of US, IIN. She is also a doctorate student in the area of Geriatric Health, in Aegean University Internal Medicine Department.
 
Ferda speaks Turkish, English, German fluently and basic Spanish.
